Changing my rating to 1 star. This ad issue has been going on for over 2 months. Do the developers even monitor the ratings? Probably not, based on the lack of a fix. Maybe a squeaky wheel 1 star will get their attention.

This is on Windows 10, if it makes a difference.3/16/2016 - This is an entertaining and addictive game. However, there is currently an issue that was recently introduced in which the top 2 right hand squares are overlaid with an advertisement, making it impossible to see the contents of those squares or place an object in them. Please correct this.

Surprised it made it through QA. Submitted on 2/18/2018 Review title of FloydNew Crap from Microsoft I launched the game and it went to a stupid full screen video hawking some other game. I closed it and reopened, I could not get to the Sudoku until the video ran it's course. It has opened a webpage before several times, but those close easily enough without viewing them. If this continues to be the new trend in mandatory advertisements from Microsoft, I will just delete the MS Sudoku and load a different one. Windows 10 is an advertisement posing as a program.

The interface is very user-friendly, & the notes function makes it easy to keep track of the possibles while solving. The graphics are awesome. With 5 levels of difficulty, it’s easy to get started, but difficult to stop.This game could be nearly perfect if: we had Irregular and Symbols as separate available modes rather than available only within the Daily Challenges, had statistics for ALL of the individual levels (Very Easy, Easy, Medium, Hard, & Expert), rather than just the last level played, had a Daily Challenge in which we're able to complete the entire puzzle, and, especially, fix - once and for all - the freezing, lagging, & occasional issues with “unable to sign in to Xbox.' This game has so much potential, if the usual Microsoft issues can be overcome once & for all.Lately, though, Microsoft's own Word Games ad locks up MS Sudoku - now, that's just brilliant.
